Customs and Delivery Updates
No extra fees at delivery—duties are on us.
Our fresh, handmade products ship from Canada, and in some cases orders may take a little longer while clearing customs. We closely track every shipment and work with carriers to reduce delays. You won’t incur any additional customs fees, and we’ll keep you informed at every step.

Canada Post Strike
We partner with multiple carriers—including UPS, FedEx, DoorDash and GoBolt—to get your order to you on time. However, P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs and DPOs in the U.S. may be affected by the Canada Post strike. To avoid delays, please provide an alternative shipping address or choose another delivery or pickup option below.

Liquid Fragrances Shipping Notice
Orders containing body sprays or perfumes over 1fl oz require additional processing time and must ship by ground, which may delay delivery. For faster arrival, please consider Click and Collect for in-store pickup or Same-Day Delivery.

Lush Kitchen Subscriptions
Kitchen Subscription boxes are sent via Standard Shipping. Our Standard Shipping cost is $8.00 with an arrival estimate of 10 business days.
Shipping Couriers
We ship our packages via UPS, FedEx, Canda Post, DoorDash and GoBolt. Orders are prepared, packed and sent from our Toronto distribution centers to ensure you receive a reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)
We unfortunately do not ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by express or priority, and normally arrive within 2-3 business days.
US Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternative address.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock.
Order Cancellation and Adjustments
We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

Can I enter special delivery instructions?
If you have any special delivery instructions, please select the box that says ''This is a gift'' during checkout and enter your request. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Can I return my product if it arrives melted, or melts while I've stored it?
Products labeled with our melt warning symbol are designed to melt around body temperature. Especially in the summer months or in hot climates, it’s possible for these products to melt while in transit. If products with a melt warning arrive melted, we won’t be able to replace or refund them, so order at your own risk! To avoid disappointment in hot climates or seasons, we recommend purchasing meltable products at your local shop. If melting does happen, in most cases you can simply pop the product into the fridge to solidify and they’ll still be usable (though may not look as pretty!). Once they’ve arrived, keep meltable products in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
What if I don’t receive my delivery?
If you don’t receive your order, contact us. Please make sure you have your order number ready so our Customer Care team can help you as quickly as possible.
